Quelques soit votre objectif, affiner votre taille, faire ressortir vos abdominaux, ou muscler vos fessiers, vous pourrez créer les séances sportives qui vous conviendront le mieux dans nos salles de sport.

En combinaison avec un programme alimentaire dit « Healthy », composé de nutriments sains et peu caloriques, rien de mieux que des cours de renforcement musculaire.

Les cours de renforcement musculaire permettent de préparer l’intégralité du corps, sur des sessions regroupant plusieurs muscles :
